How to read our labels

Every listing pairs a condition label with photos and notes. When something is unknown, we say so.

Factory Sealed

Packaging may be open: No
Evidence of use: No use expected; original sealed packaging.
Inspection performed: Seals and packaging integrity reviewed; identity verified when labeled.
What buyers should expect: New sealed presentation where packaging allows.
How defects are disclosed: Any packaging issues are disclosed in the listing.

Open Box — Unused

Packaging may be open: Yes
Evidence of use: Little to no evidence of use; may have been opened for inspection.
Inspection performed: Visual review of item and contents; packaging condition noted.
What buyers should expect: Product appears unused with open or resealed packaging.
How defects are disclosed: Known cosmetic or packaging issues are listed.

Open Box — Excellent

Packaging may be open: Yes
Evidence of use: Minimal handling marks may be present.
Inspection performed: Surfaces and included pieces reviewed under good lighting.
What buyers should expect: High cosmetic quality with clearly described packaging wear.
How defects are disclosed: Defects or missing pieces are disclosed before purchase.

Pre-Owned — Good

Packaging may be open: Yes
Evidence of use: Evidence of prior use or installation may be present.
Inspection performed: Condition photographed and described; function checked when appropriate.
What buyers should expect: Working-condition secondary-market item with honest wear notes.
How defects are disclosed: Wear, scratches or incomplete accessories are called out.

Box-Wear

Packaging may be open: Yes
Evidence of use: Product may be unused while packaging shows transit or shelf wear.
Inspection performed: Focus on product condition vs. packaging damage.
What buyers should expect: Strong product condition with imperfect packaging.
How defects are disclosed: Box damage is described separately from product damage.
