Product inspection
Visible surfaces, finishes and obvious damage are reviewed under reasonable lighting.

Component review
Included hardware, mounting pieces and documented accessories are checked when practical.
Step 6
Appropriate functional testing
Limited functional checks are performed when safe and appropriate for the product type.
Not every product receives laboratory or full technical testing. Listings disclose what was and was not verified.
Step 7
Photography
Actual-item photographs are used whenever practical so shoppers can see condition and finishes.
Step 8
Condition description
Condition language, included pieces and known issues are written for the Shopify listing.
Step 9
Final pre-shipment check
Before packing for shipment, items are checked again against the order and listing details.
